Eventually, the new Nintendo Switch it’s official. Announced nearly five years after the original model (and two years after the Lite version), will arrive during the autumn bringing with it some important innovations in terms of technical specifications. So the Super Mario group intends to meet the needs expressed by the community of players.

The new Switch: Nintendo focuses on the OLED display

The most important one concerns the adoption of a 7-inch AMOLED display: not only larger (on the previous incarnation it was a 6.2-inch LCD), but also based on a type of panel that guarantees better image rendering and lower energy consumption. Battery life will benefit.

Nintendo Switch (OLED model) features a 7-inch OLED screen with a thinner bezel. The rich colors and high contrast of the screen ensure a satisfying gaming experience in portable and tabletop mode. Watch your games come to life, whether you’re racing at full speed on a circuit or taking on enemies in furious combat.

Then there are one wider adjustable stand positioned on the back to keep the console tilted, a base with LAN port for wired connection, 64 GB of memory internal (as always expandable) e advanced stereo speakers. Joy-Con controllers will also be available in a brand new white color.

The new version of Nintendo Switch will arrive on the market, also in Italy, on 8 October 2021. It has not been confirmed the price for our country, but in the United States it will cost $ 349.99 compared to $ 299.99 for the traditional model. The original edition is now offered in discount on Amazon.
