Masterclass sul CRM da F2 Innovation

The Milan Digital Week is upon us, an appointment that this year will take place online with a series of events from 17 to 21 March 2021.

Precisely on the occasion of the Digital Week, F2 Innovation organized a Free online masterclass which will examine the most common and harmful false myths that revolve around CRM and which in many cases hinder business growth. There is a sobering fact that comes from a research by the CRM observatory: 62% of companies own a CRM, but have difficulty using it.

The appointment with the Masterclass is for March 19, 2021 at 4:00 pm, and will examine how companies can structure an effective and reliable CRM process:

The main speaker of the event will be Alessandro Cavallo, Entrepreneur, Advisor and Adjunct Professor in digital marketing at Lumsa, Teacher and Mentor at Luiss Business School.
