Chocolate: expensive is not always good
At the other end of the spectrum is the most expensive chocolate, which also does the worst in the test. But not just because of the price. In the laboratory it was found that the chocolate is contaminated with nickel. This often happens when the cocoa plant ingests the metal through the water and soil. This is not harmful to the health of the consumer, but gives the product a few negative points.
So that you are fully informed in front of the shelf when you reach for the chocolate, we recommend that you take a look at the big chocolate test from Stiftung Warentest. Is your favorite also represented in the list of the best or will you experiment with the choice of chocolate next time?
