Qualcomm’s smartphone is the most powerful around

The first model of the Snapdragon Insiders program was created together with Asus and costs 1299 euros

Is called Smartphone for Snapdragons Insiders the interesting model branded by Qualcomm and produced by Asus that can be considered a sort of state of the art of the mobile dimension. This device puts a lot of quality on the plate thanks to a performing hardware and asks a significant price, but it is not for everyone.

It is in fact the first smartphone made specifically for the members of Snapdragon Insiders which brings together fans of the chipset that moves so many top of the range from all over the world. Those who were part of it had the opportunity to connect to a forum with experts and other enthusiasts, as well as receive previews and news on future releases. But from today it will also be possible to order this exclusive device which will be produced in a limited edition thanks to the collaboration with Asus, Qualcomm’s partner for 13 years.

The technical data sheet of the Qualcomm smartphone produced with Asus is of the highest level starting naturally from the chip Snapdragon 888 accompanied by 16 gb of ram, a storage space of 512 gb and a 6.78-inch amoled display with 144 Hz refresh ideal for gaming. 5G ranges in every available frequency from millimeter to sub-6 ones by leaning on the latest generation Snapdragon X60 modem, which uses proprietary Signal Boost and Smart Transmit technologies for a stable and solid connection. On the wi-fi side, standard 6 and 6E are supported.

Ample space is given to the audio part with the first fruits of Snapdragon Sound technology that allow listening in high fidelity at 24 bit and 96 kHz, with latency reduced to a minimum, but also an HDR and 3D recording that can then be listened to on compatible bluetooth headphones. Just like true wireless included in the package, produced by Master & Dynamic and naturally equipped with active noise cancellation.

The camera isn’t over the top, but it’s still triple with an optically stabilized 64-megapixel wide-angle main sensor, 8-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optically stabilized zoom and 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle; the Qualcomm Spectra 580 chip holds up to 8k video recording, while theartificial intelligence follows the subject adjusting the zoom in video. The fingerprint scanner on the back, 24 megapixel selfie camera, Android 11 almost stock version and 4000 mAh battery with 65 watt charging to go from 0 to 70% in half an hour complete the picture.

Asus will market Qualcomm’s Smartphone for Snapdragon Insiders which can be purchased from August 2021 at a price of 1299 euro.
