Samsung with problems: why pre-orderers have to wait longer for new smartphones

Samsung new foldable smartphones seem to run well. Almost too good, as there are reports that some Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Watch 4 models are already struggling with delays due to unexpected high demand.

AllAboutSamsung has received screenshots of emails from Samsung explaining that their orders will take longer due to “unforeseen delivery bottlenecks”. The company explains that while the accessories can reach the customer earlier, the expected delivery time for the device is mid-September.

Samsung Galaxy: New models will also come later in Germany

Samsung: Among other things, the new Galaxy Z Fold 3 is experiencing bottlenecks due to the high demand.

These delays only seem to affect certain models in certain regions. The emails in Germany are about the 46mm Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE and the 512 GB model of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. These seem to be arriving a little later with pre-orderers in this country.

It’s not too surprising that Samsung is struggling with delivery bottlenecks. Apparently, no one expected the successors to the foldable phones to be so popular. So you don’t seem to be able to keep up with production.
