The renderings tell how the new top of the range will be imminent
The wait for the new range is growing Pixel 6 e Pixel 6 Pro, which could be presented – or at least anticipated – during the event Google I / O 2021 now imminent (May 18). The new standard bearers of the home operating system, Android, should enjoy the greatest renewal in terms of design since the family debut.
Until the past generation Pixel 5, the googlephones focused on quality materials, but on rather minimalist and essential lines. Looking at the renders developed by Rendersviyan in collaboration with the well-known leaker John Prosser of Front Page Tech, there is a rear part that positions the photographic sensors – two for the standard model, three for the Pro one – horizontally in a slightly raised black contrasting band. The top band is in an eye-catching orange, while the rest of the shell is glossy white.
The frame is black, rounded and shiny. The shades applied to the render may not necessarily be the final ones, but the visual impact is certainly very pleasant. On the front there is little to say: the frames are present, even if very thin, and the camera for selfies and video calls is embedded in a hole centered. The fingerprint sensor is below the screen, in the lower portion.
Little is known about the technical data sheet of the two models. The latest rumors spoke of the possibility of a proprietary processor developed by Google together with Samsung. You can predict a non-expandable memory as well as a photographic compartment of substance: main and wide-angle sensor for Pixel 6 and addition of a third eye for the Pro, which should rely on a depth-of-field sensor rather than a tele. On board, the award-winning Pixel exclusive algorithm.
When will they be announced? The hope is to receive some more information, perhaps a definitive image, on the occasion of the Google I / O 2021 which will be streaming and will start next May 18. However, it must be remembered that last year it had had to wait until October before discovering the new range. Next week we will know the answer.
