Tokyo postpones release to early 2022

The development of Ghostwire: Tokyo has slowed down due to the health crisis.

If silent communication was any clue, the Japanese studio Tango Gameworks from Bethesda is officially unable to release his new license by next October: “We couldn’t wait to share with you our vision of a Tokyo haunted by creatures from Japanese folklore. However, we must also ensure that the health of our teams is protected. This new release date will give us enough time to bring the world of Ghostwire to life as we’ve always imagined it to be. Thank you for your understanding. We are working to create an original experience – completely different from what we have been doing so far – and we look forward to bringing it to you in the coming months.

Ghostwire : Tokyo will be released in 2022 on PS5 and PC, console exclusivity will be temporary and will last for one year.
