Windows updates cause WLAN crashes: Microsoft is now providing emergency patches



According to this, many users can no longer set up hotspots on their Windows 10 computers after the update without the PC cutting off the Internet connection. As soon as the client device, i.e. in most cases a smartphone or tablet, connects, the computer immediately loses the connection.

Microsoft has now provided emergency patches for Windows 10 and 11 that are intended to fix the WLAN problems. These are not loaded automatically, but must be installed manually by the user. If you are also struggling with the disconnections, you can find the downloads here:
